Michele Hoffman

Managing Director

Michele possesses more than 20 years of experience managing full lifecycle systems and business process re-engineering projects across multiple industries, primarily in the financial services industry. She has managed the establishment and execution of corporate-level transformation programs through implementing program strategy, data management and organizational design as well as operations management. She brings a practical approach to designing a best fit solution for her clients based on the needs, challenges and business risks they are facing.

Patrick Leonard

Managing Director

Patrick possesses more than 20 years of experience delivering integrated solutions to global enterprises based upon his expertise in business and IT strategy, enterprise transformation efforts, process improvement, accounting policies and procedures, and systems architecture and integration. His consulting experience also includes full life cycle business and technical transformation efforts, including strategy development, operations review, process design, organizational design, enterprise architecture, application configuration, and change management. Patrick has extensive experience in helping finance organizations optimize performance on an international basis. His accounting expertise includes U.S. and international GAAP, internal and external audit, accounting policy, internal control process development, and financial and operational due diligence.

Michelle Jarman


Michelle is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of international finance experience in Finance Shared Services and business support functions for multi-billion dollar businesses. Michelle has been responsible for the management and successful delivery of large legal entity consolidations and carve-outs, balance sheet remediation, and finance transformation for major corporations. These programs were focused on establishing new Shared Service Centers, liquidating and creating new legal entities and implementation of improved processes and procedures with key performance indicators for all functions.

Brad Rhoderick


Brad is an experienced Finance professional with a demonstrated history of driving business transformation at large global organizations, both in internal and external roles. He has a Big Four consulting and corporate finance background, with deep experience in Finance Transformation initiatives, financial system implementations and system conversions, due diligence and acquisition integration, close improvement, planning and performance reporting, and change management.
