Clarendon Partners is pleased to announce the recent addition to its leadership team: Brad Rhoderick, as a Director with over 10 years of experience driving business transformation at large global organizations, both in internal and external roles. He has deep experience in Finance Transformation initiatives, financial system implementations and system conversions, due diligence and acquisition integration, close improvement, planning and performance reporting, and change management.
“I'm excited to be a part of the Clarendon Partners team because of their industry experience, boutique size, and adaptable culture,” said Rhoderick. “I believe that each client’s transformation journey is unique, and helping clients realize their goals requires a deep understanding of the organizational culture, core finance processes, and the current technology marketplace.”
Before joining Clarendon Partners, Brad served as the Vice President of the Finance Transformation Office, where he drove transformation and managed change for projects that affected financial systems, processes, and organizations. Brad also has a Big Four consulting background, demonstrated by his past experience in managing large, complex finance transformation initiatives for clients across a number of industries.
“We are delighted to have Brad on our team,” said Patrick Leonard, Managing Director. “His depth in financial, planning and analysis along with his drive to help clients solve critical problems is a welcome asset to our growing team.”
