As an impactful Risk Executive and Consultant with expertise in delivering scalable growth, risk governance, and risk intelligence, primarily in the financial services industries including mortgage banking, real estate, and banking, Hauke brings over 20 years of experience in delivering risk strategy and execution to achieve sustainable results.

Hauke has a track record of developing high performing teams and delivering measurable results in revenue, growth, risk, and controls optimization, as well as maximizing return on investment. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Risk Management, an executive responsible for risk strategy and 2nd Line of Defense controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and investor requirements and improve cost of service and risk profile of the company.
