Clarendon Partners proudly welcomes Molly Grover as the new Operations Practice Lead, bringing over 20 years of expertise in driving operations excellence.

As a former Managing Director at Accenture, Molly led transformative initiatives for major financial institutions, government-sponsored enterprises, and insurance brokers.

At Clarendon Partners, Molly will focus on strengthening the digital DNA of client organizations—the combination of people, processes, technology, and data that when combined in the right way build a transformative institution. Her experience in management and optimization will further enhance our ability to provide tailored solutions to our clients.

Molly holds an Executive Education Certificate in Data-Driven Consulting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
